Projects and realization up to the key
1. Consultation and guidance.
▪ Functional analysis- offer directed at Customers, whose goal is the improvement, adaptation to personal needs or the desire for knowing the functional possibilities of their existing houses or those under construction. As part of this service we prepare 2-3 concepts which take into consideration the possibilities of the premises, guidelines and the needs of the investor. The Customer then chooses the conclusive version or shows elements chosen by oneself of the concept which are then comprised to form the final version. The cooperation at this stage ends with the development of a plan of the locale which includes the layout of partition walls, the arrangement of rooms, furniture and floors. The particular elements stay not-specified and of averaged dimensions.
▪ Consults regarding the selection of materials, the choice and the purchase of finishing materials and furnishings. The consultation does not need to concern the interior designed by us and can be held at any stage of building process of the interior.
2. Partial Solutions.

We design kitchen furniture, carpentry constructions (wardrobes, libraries, bookshelves, office furnishings and the like) as well as movable furniture: wooden, upholstered, with glass elements, made of acid-resistant steel as well as the selection of colors, materials, details. We carry out the construction of furniture in cooperation with a prestigious Warsaw carpenter's shop which gives you the guarantee that the offered product is unique as well as perfectly made.
3. Comprehensive projects for realization.
A package containing a comprehensively drawn up project of your interior, essential technical documentation and material specifications, which allow for an independent or based on our team, realization of the project.
A professional author's supervision may supplement this service.
Author's supervision offer is directed at Customers noticing the need for the designer to watch over the implementation stage so that the realization of the interior matches the idea enclosed in the project.
The supervisions take a form of consultations, which take place on the site, with the directors of finishing works. This helps to avoid possible mistakes which may have an adverse impact on the quality of the designed interior. Simultaneously it allows the designer to implement necessary, consistent with the design vision, changes if previously unpredicted problems with the realization arise.
The comprehensive project includes:
▪ 2 - 3 proposals of functional arrangements of the designed interior (top views with the arrangement of partition walls, the location of furniture, the arrangement of the kitchen and bathrooms)
▪ Functional detailed plan of the interior, prepared on the basis of the chosen concept.
▪ Computer visualizations of chosen rooms.
▪ Projects of electric and plumbing installations, illumination, central heating.
▪ Floor plans (flat views of the arrangement of floors with the assortment of colors and materials)
▪ Wall developments (room development in the form of views of walls with the assortment of colors, finishing materials, materials of the window cover etc.)
▪ Ceiling plans (flat views of suspended ceilings, decorative holes, details)
▪ Kitchen project along with the proposal of white goods and the evaluation of furnishing costs.
▪ Projects of architectural retails - cardboard-plaster constructions, fireplaces etc.
▪ Projects of customized furniture to order along with its price evaluation.
▪ Technical drawings with realization descriptions for contractors.
▪ Specification of proposed accessories: of furniture, lighting covers, bathroom ceramics, fittings, wall and floor claddings, of decorative elements, carpets, painting, with giving their name, the brand and the necessary amounts.
▪ Estimated evaluation of the cost of arrangement elements (possibility of evaluating the labor costs by cooperating contractors)
▪ 1-2 visits of the author's supervision.
4. Projects and realization up to the key.
"Up to the key" offer is a response to the needs of the most demanding Customers. It combines the comprehensive project with a widened author's supervision, its purpose is to minimize the Investors need to personally participate in and coordinate the renovation works. Our side is then responsible for a wide range of planning regarding the completion of works, of assemblies, the execution and supplies of finishing materials and furniture. We supervise works of subcontractors, craftsmen and other persons essential for the realization of the given project.
In the scope of the 'up to the key' service:
▪ We recommend reliable contractor companies, cooperating with the Studio, which prepare evaluations of individual works and later undertake their realization based on the prepared project (building works, parquetry, furniture, chimneys, masonry, saunas, air-conditioning, audio and the like)
▪ We coordinate the schedule of works, ensuring the fluidity of them taking place one after the other, until the final cleaning of the premises.
▪ We pilot the purchase and the supply of materials mentioned in the material balance sheet accepted by the Customer.
▪ We remain in permanent contact with individual contractors carrying out the completion works and interior design, we make essential arrangements and elaborate applied technical solutions.
▪ We control the compliance of performed works with the plan and systematically implement changes, if its proven necessary on account of possible problems of the technical nature.
▪ We coordinate the purchase and the delivery of furniture and the assembly of all accessories - both ready and made based on pictures prepared at the stage of the project documentation
STAGES OF COOPERATION DURING PROJECT REALIZATION
As the first step we propose a noncommittal meeting in our studio in order to discuss the interior which we are supposed to design. At the meeting we present our previous realizations, show methods of our work as well as clarify all doubts concerning the possible cooperation.
During the conversation we try to establish the program and the standard of the realization of the interior. The more information we will be able to acquire regarding your expectations, the more accurately will we be able to present our offer.
After the approval of the conditions of the offer, we sign the agreement and move onto the project development.
STAGE I. Conceptual Project.
On the basis of a performed inventory, an analysis of the interior and information regarding your needs and expectations we present 2 to 3 functional concepts. They can be accepted as independent solutions, we can also link ideas presented therein.
We work on this stage until your full acceptance of the functional system can be obtained.
STAGE II. Demonstrative visualizations of the interior.
Having an accepted functional arrangement of the interior we prepare a list with proposals of finishing materials, colors, accessories, we demonstrate examples depicting how the interior designed by us will look. Decisions made at this stage are crucial – they decide the future character of your apartment or house.
Having a set of chosen finishing materials we create photorealistic visualizations in 3D in order to fully depict the project.
STAGE III. Implementation plan.
At this stage we give the plan a concrete form creating an implementation plan of all elements of the built interior - arrangement of walls, g-k buildings development in the form of throws and expansions, of suspended ceilings, of water and other wirings, arranging the illumination, fittings, arrangement of the tiling, carpenter's buildings development. We take measurements of necessary materials, evaluate individual project components, and compare this in the cost estimate with a detailed list of brands, types and producers of the chosen solutions.
The implementation plan contains:
